Interested in seeing whether our center is a good fit for you and your needs? A Hope Center is offering telehealth appointments to better support our clients.
Our appointments are a triage process that allows clients to determine whether the center is where they belong, or if physician or emergency room services would be needed. We offer our telehealth appointments to all of our clients who are scheduling a first-time appointment.
Interested in Scheduling an Appointment?
To receive our telehealth services, clients will first need to schedule an appointment for a pregnancy test. This can be done over the phone (260-422-3544) or through our text line (224-585-3544). Your appointment will be scheduled by our reception advocate, who will provide you with online forms to complete. These forms will take approximately 15 minutes to fill out.
Once these forms have been completed, a link for your telehealth appointment will be sent. One benefit to our telehealth services is that appointments can be scheduled as soon as you are able to have one, which allows for easy access to care when you need it most!
A welcoming and friendly professional–either a PA or charge nurse–will clarify what you have filled out on the forms. One benefit to the telehealth services is that our medical professionals will be able to identify the resources you need most prior to your arrival at the center. This will ensure that you have the time you need with us.
We are fully HIPAA-compliant.
What if I Don’t Want a Telehealth Appointment?
If you would prefer not to have a telehealth appointment and instead have an in-person initial visit, we are here for you and can accommodate your needs! We offer same-day appointments and will arrange transportation through LYFT to pick you up and drop you off at your appointment.Â
You deserve to have access to quality care, and we are committed to providing you with the services and support you need!
